What shipping options do you offer?
Standard shipping is available world wide. Free pick up and delivery options available if local to Portland, Oregon USA.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final on reproductions and no refunds will be issued. Original paintings and natural ink products may be exchanged but not refunded. (conditions apply)

Do you offer installment payment plans?
Payment plans are available on originals only, not reproductions. To inquire about a payment plan, contact me here.

Do you accept commissioned projects?

Do you use archival, environmentally friendly materials?
Our prints are set on archival watercolor paper and museum quality canvas, with eco-bamboo paper options as well. Originals are made with wood and natural paints, and occasionally professional quality acrylic paint on wood panels.

Do you accept visitors at your studio?
Open studio happens seasonally. Please sign up for the newsletter to receive an invite to upcoming open studios.

Do you rent or lease your art and what are your fees?
Many artworks are available for lease. Lease contracts vary. Contact Hill to inquire and view a current portfolio.

Does your print come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, each custom print ordered comes with a certificate of authenticity from Hill Young Art.

Do you help customers with the selection of frames for your artwork?
Absolutely! Each piece of art has a unique range of frames that would enhance the display of the work. Contact Hill to discuss framing options.
